How to Apply Offline

1. Download the Application Form
   Download the offline admission form. Make sure to save it to your device.
2. Print the Form
   Once downloaded, print out the form. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can visit any local printing service.
3. Fill Out the Form
   Carefully complete all the required sections of the form using clear, legible handwriting. Double-check your information to ensure accuracy.
4. Prepare Required Documents
   Gather the following documents to submit along with your application form:
   • Copies of your latest educational certificates
   • Proof of identity (such as an Aadhar card, passport, etc.)
   • Passport-sized photographs
   • Any other specific documents mentioned in the application form
5. Submit the Form and Documents
